Inspired by the order and logic Hitrak brings to logistics, the brand is intelligent and adaptive. Using a dot graphic motif, the logo references the constant flow of tracking information and parcels moving back and forth through multiple points. It also acts as Hitrak's eye, with different states of motion indicating loading, processing and alerts within the software interface. Despite its simple appearance, the Hitrak wordmark was custom-drawn to ensure a harmonious balance between the letters.
To clearly elevate Hitrak as head-and-shoulders above the competition, we translated the dot motif into a series of high-fidelity rendered scenes. Working with MR.P, the art directed 3D sequences feel performative and futuristic; each referencing a core product benefit: optimisation, automation and transparency. A tide of extruded pucks are pulled into place by an ethereal force — bringing clarity to chaos.
A restrained and informative sales site was developed, educating potential customers and driving new leads. By prominently featuring their sister business OnSend as a real-world case study, potential clients see how Hitrak already enables industry-leading delivery experiences — avoiding the skepticism that often plagues new businesses.
