Nestled in the heart of Long Bay Village, Elementum is a thoughtfully crafted community of beautifully designed apartments and townhouses, offering the perfect blend of coastal living and urban convenience. Surrounded by lush greenery and communal landscaped spaces, it was essential that the wayfinding solution for the over 130 residences was thoughtfully integrated into its environment.

Our approach centred around the geometric mark already established for Elementum—accentuating the colours and materials of the brand and architecture to create a functional, colour-coded system. This solution not only improves navigation but also complements the building’s aesthetic, seamlessly blending fundamental wayfinding principles with Elementum’s distinctive brick façade and already high-spec envelope.

Made by South managed the entire project, from concept development to design (by South), manufacturing, and installation. We ensured the process was smooth and hassle-free for all stakeholders, delivering a wayfinding system that further enhances a standout development in Templeton Group’s residential portfolio.
