Quiet Response specialises in townhouse developments around Auckland’s inner west — and they aim to do them better than the rest. Their signature ‘Tasteful Townhouses’ approach uses honest materials and smart architecture to create homes that are both beautiful and built to last. South built a core brand identity based around an abstract QR monogram to act as a distinct signature to future development brands.
To launch their first development at 25 Tirotai, we based the sub-brand around the idea that you can live a more poetic life in Westmere. We commissioned a poem that captured the essence of Westmere living, pairing this with a series of studio and location imagery that is equally glamorous and bizarre to provoke people’s curiosity. Art directed renders and video content reinforce the sense of quality and community that underpin all Quiet Response developments.
