The Outline project, envisioned by Fearon Hay Architects, features six 95m2 freehold lots with capacity to build four levels and a roof living space. Each lot can accommodate approximately 300m2 of floor area. With this much room, the variations are almost limitless. One spacious urban home. Living and working. Living and earning. Sharing with extended family. South looked to communicate the brilliant versatility of the architecture and let potential buyers imagine themselves in their own space through sketchy, almost unfinished illustrations. The resulting playful identity acts as an approachable canvas for ideas and exploration for all.
