Studio Lunch – Red Light Tacos

While we can’t travel overseas, Studio South & Mark by South were transported to the streets of Mexico by our creative director of the culinary arts, Chris Lay. Sous vide carnitas and carne asada filled warm corn tortillas, served with coriander, onion and lime. The salsas were hot, the beers were cold and the vibes were on.
